What is the delivery time for an item? How long will it take to arrive?
Order processing takes 1-3 business days before shipment. Once your item/s is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:
- USA: 3-8 business days
- UK: 8-12 business days
- Australia: 8-17 business days
- Canada: 8-12 business days
- Europe: 8-12 business days
- Rest of world: 14-20 business days
Why is there no tracking update?
If you haven't received any tracking updates on your order since it shipped, it's most likely because your order was sent from our European warehouse due to the unavailability of the product in the US warehouse.
Tracking won't update until your package arrives in the United States and is picked up by our local shipping partner to deliver to your doorstep. The local shipping partner will scan your package (only during business days) to update your tracking info.
We know you're excited to get your order through and so are we! If your order arrives late, we will issue a $5 (standard shipping) or a $13 (express shipping) refund as a small sign of appreciation for your patience.
Why is my order taking longer to process than normal?
Our warehouse normally processes all orders within 1-3 days. However, if your order is taking a longer time to process, it could be due to particular items in your order which have longer than normal processing times.

My tracking info says my package was delivered, but I haven't received it.
Don't worry if you haven't received your package, there are a few things that we can do:
1. Verify that your shipping address is correct.
2. If the address is correct, most packages are usually found to be accidentally misplaced. Look around your mailbox or drop-off location to see if the courier left your package near your house, in your mailbox, in front of your garage, or on your lawn.
3. Check if someone else accepted the package on your behalf. Ask your family, neighbours, or other household members to see if they accepted the delivery for you.
4. Sometimes a package can be marked as delivered when the courier is able to arrive at your address but fails to make the delivery when they aren't able to reach you. Please check your phone messages and emails to see if the carrier notified you of a failed attempted delivery.
If there was a failed attempted delivery or you still aren't able to recover your package, the best thing to do is to contact the carrier directly. Please have your tracking number ready and refer to the numbers below to call your carrier for more information.

In the rare case that your order ends up missing, we offer full refunds under our Purchase Protection Program for orders that do not arrive or get lost in the mail. If you've tried the above steps but still can't find your package, please contact our customer service team for help.
